Privacy and cookies

Tentis is the demo platform of Ai-Ki. This page says what the site records and why.

The short version

What we record

When you use an account on tentis.org we keep a simple activity log:

We do not record how long you stay, what you click, or anything you type inside a demo. Visitors who are not signed in are only counted per public demo, without any address or identifier.

Why: so Ai-Ki knows which reviewers, clients and partners looked at the demos prepared for them, and to notice attempts to guess passwords. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and securing the platform (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who sees it: Ai-Ki administrators only. It is not sold, shared or used for advertising.

How long: 12 months, then it is deleted automatically.

Your account

An account holds a username, a display name, optionally an email address (used only to send you your login details), your role and the list of demos you may open. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash; nobody at Ai-Ki can read them. Accounts are created and removed by Ai-Ki; ask us and we delete yours.

Cookies and browser storage

NameWhenWhat it doesLifetime
tentis_sessionAfter you sign inKeeps you signed in. A random token; it contains nothing about you. Not readable by scripts, sent over HTTPS only.10 days, or until you sign out
tentis_transferOnly if you open the file-transfer pages (/uploads, /downloads) and enter the access keyRemembers that this browser entered the key, so you are not asked again. It holds a token, not the key, and is sent to those two pages only.30 days

The demo library and the settings page keep one value in your browser's local storage: whether you last chose the grid or the list view. It never leaves your browser.

These are strictly necessary for the service you asked for, which is why there is no consent banner. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies on tentis.org.
